The Administration Side of Missions

Each January and February our office is busy getting permits from the local city office so we can operate legally, our missionaries are writing their 2007 ministry accomplishment reports which will be collated and given to our local Board of Trustees in February, concerned government offices and ACTION's International Council in March. We'll also be having our annual audit done soon which goes to a government office, our Board and the IC.

Our January-February tasks are made much easier because through-out the year we're diligent in keeping our ministry operations in order and up-to-date. All this is done so ACTION Philippines can operate in an efficient and legal manner and our missionaries and staff can stay focused on their primary tasks of evangelism, discipleship and development. If our administration team worked in a sloppy and haphazard manner the entire team would suffer but I thank God for our faithful, proficient and gifted people. It's a blessing to serve our entire team both locally and internationally with loyal people who do their work well as unto the Lord.
