We got home last night from Bangkok after a very fruitful trip to Bangkok. The Asia Cutting Edge conference was inspiring and the challenges of today and in the future are daunting but God's power, grace and mercy is evident as His people battle for the lives and souls of invisible children through-out Asia in a variety of ways. My presentation went well and was received with enthusiasm by the 40 or so who attended.
The 180° consultation was attended by about 20 people from the UK, Brazil, Zimbabwe, the US, Philippines, India and Australia. We were energetic as we struggled with the global plight of street children and came up with some very creative and practical ideas on how to work better together. Doug Nichols, ACTION's Founder, gave two very powerful Bible saturated messages which challenged us to stay at the task of ministering the Gospel and compassionate care to children-at-risk regardless of our personal struggles and the challenges of the battle.
Thank-you for praying. I sensed your prayers several times and thanked our heavenly Father for you through-out the week. God bless each of you!
