Ministry in Bohol: amped to go and get to it!

In the morning ACTIONs Street Impact Team (SITeam), others from ACTION and from Christian Growth Ministries (CGM) are going to Bohol province to do a multifaceted ministry for those affected by Octobers strong earthquake there. We are going to conduct a conference for 150 pastors, a seminar on using the New Living Translation Life Application Study Bible for 75 pastors, four large post-Christmas parties in four locations and two medical clinics. The parties and clinics are for families living in tents and the conference and seminar for those who lost their church and/or library. Those attending the conference will receive several books to help rebuild their library and those who attend the seminar will receive a Bible. We are pleased to partner again with Sustainable and Livelihood and Transformation ministry (SALT) with whom we partnered in November, Child Evangelism Fellowship and several local churches. SITeam will be there for a week while others will depart when they have finished their ministry. Pray for us because we need *all* of Gods grace but we are amped to go and get to it. Go team!
