Cross-training and delegation
Yesterday during our monthly team meeting I turned over my Officer-in-Charge responsibilities to another guy who'll lead our team until our Director returns to Manila July 16. We depart May 19 for our one-year furlough so I'm free to pursue other ministry opportunities within ACTION. The key to this is cross-training and delegation which is crucial in ministry.
