Mary Ann and I had a very good study break at Rizal Re-Creation Retreat Center Sunday-Tuesday following CGM's anniversary. We needed to get away in order to read our Bibles and other books we're working through, pray and plan. We also had many rich conversations with an older couple from Perth, Australia whose church of 30 people gives 80% of their income to local and foreign missions! I asked Travis how they do this and he said "we keep it simple" and he also said the church has $80,000 which they'll use to assist missionary projects and missionaries. They're filling in for a few weeks for the Retreat Center's managers so they can visit their families in the States.
