Being and doing what we're designed to be and do with accountability

This week I had a very helpful conversation with a pastor friend which helped me see more clearly what the Street Impact Team's (SITeam) purpose is within the Kingdom of God. He sees SITeam as a partner with grass-roots ministries working with children-in-crisis helping and equipping them in their ministries. He further said SITeam isn't concerned with building an organization with members but delivering ministry quickly and efficiently to where needed. As he laid this out I rejoiced in the Lord because he saw us as being and doing what we're designed to be and do which is to work alongside faithful brethren in an accountable manner.
