Yesterday ACTION finished our annual International Council meetings after a fruitful week discussing many agenda items. Members are from North America, Asia, South America and Africa representing ACTION's ministries and teams. I presented "critical issues" papers on working with children-in-crisis and disaster relief ministry which were well received and generated lots of discussion. The most valuable aspect of these meetings, though in my opinion, is face time with each other which cannot be replaced by email and skype. Face time is like lubricate in machinery.
