SMART goals

In May ACTION's International Council (IC) met to work on a directional plan for ACTION worldwide through 2020. A task force was formed, of which I'm a member, to develop this and our first draft is due to the IC September 1. We meet weekly by Google Hangouts and my area is mercy-development ministries and the other areas are evangelism, discipleship, operations, partnership and expansion with each assigned to a member. We're gaining traction on this difficult and necessary task but I'm realizing I'm more an implementor than a strategist. My goals aren't very smart so I very much appreciate the help of the others who are smarter than I as evidenced by their SMART goals. By the way SMART means specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-bound.
