Global neighbors working together
We are working with our partners in Baseco Compound to assist seven families rebuild their destroyed homes and 19 families repair their badly damaged homes due typhoon Glenda (international name Rammasun) smashing them in July. Baseco is a huge squatter community in Tondo, Manila where we have four Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) feedings in partnership with churches there. We're able to do this because of a generous gift from Christians in the UK and the FMSC food is sent to us monthly by a church in the US so this signifies global neighborliness and the church of Christ working together to help others.
