Hosting & return to MSP

In the past week the team at 2nd Mile has hosted the 2.5 day Thompson-Chain Reference Study Bible workshop, a 2 day orientation for new missionaries, our weekly pot-luck/prayer meeting and yesterday our monthly team meeting. All of these activities involved serving food and providing lodging for those who participated in the orientation. In the midst of this is the ongoing Honest Hands class, preparation for the next Working Hands class starting the 27th, renovations of 2 residences (not ours), an office and a classroom and this weekend a church's youth camp. In addition people drop by regularly for various reasons so hospitality is a major ministry that happens here daily. I'm reminded of Proverbs 11:25 (NIV) "A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed." True.

Wednesday Mary Ann and I return to Minneapolis-St. Paul to complete ministry obligations, attend major family events, complete my 2 dental implants and look into selling our condo. Our weeks here have been full with much accomplished. Lord willing we'll be back at 2nd Mile in August. Pray for strength and wisdom please.
